Zero Waste Events

Events bring large gathering of people for a limited period of time, and the waste that generates from such events negatively impacts environment if the waste is not professionally managed and recycled. Zero-waste events are designed to reduce waste generation by limited use of raw materials, reducing waste at source, reuse, recovery, recycling and composting.

Our Zero Waste initiatives empower communities, corporates and event managers to rethink their relationship with environment and its natural resources. We look beyond recycling, we aim at reducing waste generation, closing the material loop whilst increasing employment. Our strategies help our partners to not only make their events a zero waste event but also compliant to all environmental and local laws with regard to waste management.

Events Where Earth Recycler Participated & Achieved Best Recycling Results

Chennai Costal Cleanup: Earth Recycler has been their official recycling partner for the costal clean-up since 2015. Chennai Trekkers Club major annual campaign to create awareness on environmental sustainability.The Chennai Coastal Cleanup involves 10000+ volunteers from 130+ Organizations coming together to remove 50 tonnes of garbage from 20km of Chennai’s beaches. Regional NGOs from 14 major cities in South India will join hands under India Clean Sweep.
